Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the email box account you wish to forward email messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
